Add Fourth Profile a study program to an institution

Once you create your institution's page in Fourth Profile, you can list your study programs. You can list a study program of any level, from certificate to PhD level, short courses, bootcamps or even pathway programs. You can add up to 20 study programs. If you want to increase this limit, contact us by sending an email to [email protected].

NOTE !

At the moment, you can list study programs in Computer Science & IT and

Engineering & Technology disciplines. We'll add more disciplines soon.   

• If you haven't already done so, create Fourth Profile institution profile. 
• If you haven't already done so, add at least 1 institution's admission email.

Use these steps to list your institution's courses:

1. Navigate to your institution's page:
• In the top right corner, select the profile icon, under Manage, locate your institution name, then select it.
2. Select the Add button, then Add new course to open add course form. If your institution doesn't have any admissions email, you're prompted to add.
   
3. In part 1 of the form, enter name of course, select course discipline, select course level and select course duration, then select the Next button.
4. In part 2 of the form, select faculty and campus (optional), select mode of delivery and format of study (you can select more than one option) and language of instruction, then select Next button.
5. In part 3 of the form, enter the study program's examiner, write something about the study program, add descriptive tags, then select the Next button.
   
6. In part 4 of the form, add admission requirements, and accreditations bodies (optional), then select the Submit button.
