Admissions emails is where you receive notifications whenever a potential student applies or submits an inquiry for a study program or course that you add to your institution’s page. So, before you add a study program or course to your institution, you MUST add at least one admission email. This emails can be the admissions emails, such as [email protected] where anyone interested in your study programs or courses can reach you.

Prerequisites

You've an institution page. If you don't have one already, create one for free.

Add admissions emails

Use these steps to add institution's admissions email:

  1. Navigate to your institution's page:
    • In the top right corner, select the profile icon, under Manage, locate your institution name, then select it.
  2. Select the gear icon (⚙️), then select Manage Admission Emails.

    In the page admins page, select the Add Admins button.

  3. In the admission emails popup that shows up, for Email, enter your admission email, then select Add to List button. You can add multiple emails to list, then select Update Emails button to save the admission emails. 

When you add an email as an admission email, a notification is sent to it, confirming its addition as an admissions email. No further action is required for the email notification
