Claim Fourth Profile institution page

A Fourth Profile administrator can help you create your institution's page at your request or by using publicly available information. If the page is created this way, you cannot manage it until you request ownership of the page. 

NOTE! 

You only request ownership for an institution that you represent.

• Before you request ownership of your institution page, you must have a Fourth Profile account. If you don't have an account, create one for free.

Follow these steps to request ownership of an institution page:

1. Sign in to fourthprofile.com.
2. In the menu, select Find an institution to open the browse institutions page.
3. Use the filters to search for, then select the institution that you want request ownership to open it.
4. On the institution page, locate, then select the Claim this institution button. 
5. Fill out the institution claim form, then select Submit button.

Once we receive your request, we'll review it. 

If we approve the request, we notify you by email and you automatically become a Global Admin to the institution page.

If we reject your request, we notify you by email and we explain our reason for the rejection.
