Add Fourth Profile institution page admins

Once you create an institution page, the page is managed by page admins. Currently, Fourth Profile institutions pages supports two type of admins, GLOBAL ADMIN and COURSE ADMIN. The creator of an institution page automatically becomes a GLOBAL ADMIN as a page must have at least one GLOBAL ADMIN. 

By default, an institution page accommodates 2 GLOBAL ADMINs and 2 COURSE ADMINs. If you want to increase this limit, contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. Learn more about page admins in Fourth Profile page admins in Fourth Profile institution page admin.

To add a user as a page admin, you send an invitation to their email address, which they must accept to complete the request.

1. Before you try to add a user as a page admin, make sure they've an account. If they don't, they can create one for free.
2. You've an institution page. If you don't have one already, create one for free.

Use these steps to add more admins to your institution page: 

1. Navigate to your institution page: 
• In the top right corner, select the profile icon, under Manage, locate your institution name, then select it.
2. Select the gear icon (⚙️), then select Manage Admins. 
   
3. In the page admins page, select the Add Admins button.
4. In the popup that shows up, in the for the Email Address, enter the email address of the account for which you want to add as a page admin.
5. Under Assign an Admin Role, select the type of page admin that you want to add, Global Admin or Course Admin, then selection Save.

If you've not reached your page admin limit and the user account you want to add as a page admin exist, an invitation email is sent to the new admin's email address. 

The user must accept the page admin invitation for them to become a page admin. 

Instruct the user to:

1. Sign in to their email inbox, then locate the email inviting them to become Fourth Profile page admin for your institution's page.
2. Select the Accept Invitation button.

If they can't see the invitation email in their inbox, advice them to check their spam folder.
